Ultimate Hold'em, also know as a carnival game, is a great way to add some variety to larger parties. This is a popular poker style game that is easy to learn and fun to play! The increased odds for larger hands and the "trips" bet is what makes this game fun and interesting.

How to play: Ultimate is played against the dealer and NOT against the other players like in Texas Hold'em. Each player is dealt two cards as well as the dealer. This game is played in rounds. The first round the dealer lays down three community cards (the flop). The player now has the option to "bet" or "check". Round 2 the dealer turns over two more community cards (the "turn" & the "river") totaling 5 community cards on the table. The player now has the option to "bet" or "fold". The object is to make the best 5 card poker hand out of two cards and the 5 community cards beating the dealer. The players that bet the dealer wins!
